Cloud had been building up and it started to rain just as I got back to the scooter. Drove to Gerakas where there were a few fishing boats, but no sign of activity at the 'Research Station'. Returned to civilisation and had a drink at Steni Vala. Then went to the Hora (old town), just killing time while I had the scooter, and took a few photos. Had a look at the paintings in 'Gallery 5'. Drove back to Patitiri and returned the scooter. Lamb Kleftiko for dinner - a stew with vegetables and cheese.
Thu 3rd: Walked to Vithisma. The seal was at the eastern end, amongst the rocks.
