G holds a Solifuge
While out searching for snares, we came across a dead kudu bull, which had obviously lain there for some time. Underneath, G found a solifuge or "Red Roman", which is an arachnid though not a true spider. They have a large pair of feelers which give the impression of two extra legs. They run fast, up to 10 miles per hour, and to avoid sunlight will chase a person's shadow. G just had to pick this one up. It bit him on the finger.
