| Walked down to the waterfront, intending to take a boat trip, but they were not running. Had a bus tour instead on the top of an open double-decker. The town is mainly shopping malls and car dealerships - not very interesting. Returned to the hotel for a shower and lunch. Sat by the pool in the afternoon and left the hotel at 5pm for the airport. Flew overnight to Madrid, lost 5 hours and arrived at Heathrow about 5pm on Saturday. "Everything has an end except a sausage, which has two ends" (a Swiss joke). |
