Eventually got a bus to the harbour where we had another long wait in the hot sun for the dinghy to our boat. The Millennium is very smart with decent sized cabins. After lunch on the boat we went back to the harbour and took a bus to a beach on the other side of the island where there were lots of sea-lions. I used a whole roll of film on them. The early evening light was superb. Also saw three marine iguanas, some small lava lizards and lots of frigates, pelicans and finches. All the wildlife is incredibly tame and we got within a few feet of the sea-lions.

Returned to the harbour and walked round souvenir shops. I bought two tee shirts. Had an excellent dinner back on the Millennium. Went up on the sun deck afterwards to look at the stars.

Fri 27th: During the night the boat sailed to Espanola, so got very little sleep. After breakfast we went by dinghy to the island and initially saw lots of marine iguanas and sally lightfoot crabs. Mockingbirds followed us everywhere.
