Tue 11th: Took the bus up to Kastro-Hora and walked around the parts I'd missed on Monday. Went up to the old town, now in ruins, and found the main square mentioned in the Rough Guide. Walked down on the old donkey path initially, but further down towards Alopronia the path joined a dirt-track road and there was no further sign of the original trail. In the afternoon I walked to Ayios Nikolaos beach to snorkel and sunbathe.

Wed 12th: Walked up the road on the far side of the village to get some photos, then took the track up to Panagia church. Photographed interesting plants on the hillside above the church.
