Zebras in line. Rush hour in Tsumeb.
Arrived at Waterburg Plateau about 4:30 and walked up to the top with tall Andy. Saw hyrax, dik-dik and a kudu. Had a very large meal with sangria (wine and fruit), vast steaks and banana flambé.

Fri 27th: Set off back towards Windhoek. Stopped at a biltong shop in the middle of nowhere and bought some gemsbok. Went on to Okahandja and looked round the souvenir market.

Bought a fruit bowl for N$80 (about £5.30). Continued to Windhoek and dropped Mark off at the Eros airport. Had an hour walking round the town and found a bushman souvenir shop/museum which had some interesting things. Went to Joe's beer house for lunch at about 4pm. Had kudu steak which was quite good and apple pie. Drove to the international airport for the flight back to London Heathrow, via Frankfurt.
Jacaranda trees in Tsumeb park. Lunch under a fig tree.
Ralph (in Rasta hat and pale blue sunglasses) and Ndoume prepare lunch. Day 14: The Waterberg Plateau.
Rock Hyrax. They look like rodents but are actually closely related to the elephants.
Banana flambé completes another excellent meal. Taking down tents at Waterberg.
